Product Warranty

Your Bed Bug Wholesale product will be replaced or repaired at our option, without cost to you, if it is defective due to poor workmanship or materials, for 10 years from the date of purchase, subject to the limitations described in this policy.

This warranty does not apply to:

Normal wear and tear, normal everyday soiling, or commercial use. Items that are abused or not handled as per the laundering instructions, or that are commercially laundered. Stains caused by grease, inks, cosmetics, bleach, alcohol, dyes, solvents, corrosives. Your mattress, your linen, foundation or ensemble base

The duration of any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular pourpose or otherwise is limited to 10 years from the date of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are your responsibility. If you have a warranty concern, please contact admin@bedbugwholesale.com.au. Do not return you product to the place of purchase. To purchase your claim, you must.

1. Confirm that proper laundering and care instructions have been followed.
2. Machine-wash and dry the product before returning.
3. Register a claim within 5 days of an incident by emailing admin@bedbugwholesale.com.au
4. Return the product for inspection and validation as instructed. Shipping and handling fees are your responsibility.
5. Provide the original purchase receipt for your product.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. We are not liable for any consequential, special, indirect, or punitive or exemplary damages of whatever kind and are only required to service or replace the faulty item. Please retain this warranty and original proof of purchase for at least 10 years from your date of purchase.

Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If if 30 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cant offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must be in the original, sealed, unopened packaging. To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then a refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before you refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. These is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@bedbugwholesale.com.au

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Restocking fees (if applicable)
A $9.95 restocking fee may be charged to cover our time to get your products back into our system and process the paperwork.

Shipping
To return your product, please email admin@bedbugwholesale.com. You will be responsible for paying your return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live the time it takes for your exchange or returned product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item back to us you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you do not send via a signature service.
